- The website presents jewelry for sales purposes in accordance with the terms specified in these Terms and Conditions.
- For convenience purposes, these Terms and Conditions are written in masculine form; however, they are intended for both sexes.
- Every instance of access to and use of the website constitutes an acknowledgement of agreement to the terms presented in these Terms and Conditions. Use of this website is under the exclusive responsibility of the User/Consumer. “User” or “Consumer” – any person and/or body and/or business entity who accesses the website, and makes use of it.
- To the extent that you do not agree to the terms presented in these Terms and Conditions, stop using the website immediately.
- Use of the website and purchase of products on it are intended for persons 18 years of age and older who are competent and of legal age. Any person who is not competent may purchase products on the website only through a legal representative.
- SO.SO. reserves the absolute right to change the website, including these Terms and Conditions, from time to time, including the Terms and Conditions of Use and the Terms of Purchase. Therefore, you should review these Terms and Conditions every time you access the website.

- You can register on the website and agree to receive advertisements and/or notifications of changes to the website by email. Registration to the website with a user name and password is the responsibility of the User/Consumer. Following registration, the order history will be found on the “My Account” section on the website.
- Registration to the website can be cancelled using the relevant link on the website’s private section.
- Do not make use of the website or parts of it other than for purposes of purchasing jewelry presented on it. Do not copy, produce, present, sell, rent, transfer, create, traduce, change, or exploit in any way the website or parts of it.
- Each website User shall declare that all information provided by him is true and that he makes use of the website only for purposes of personal purchase of the items sold on it, and that he will not and will not allow making any commercial use of the website, either by himself or by any third party.
- Do not upload, distribute, or publish in any other way through this website any of the User’s contents, information, or materials of any kind whatsoever.
- Providing incorrect and/or erroneous personal information may delay the shipment of the product or cause the transaction to fail. The User, and only him, is responsible to provide SO.SO.SO. with reliable and precise information. SO.SO.SO. shall bear no responsibility in case of non-delivery or delayed delivery due to the provision of erroneous information.
- In case of a User’s/Consumer’s mistake in the order, after its completion and after payment, contact shall be established immediately with studio@sososo.today describing the mistake, and requesting to correct it. To the extent that the product was shipped before receipt of the request to correct the mistake, payment will be collected for the return of the product and the shipment of another product.
- In case of a mistake on the website, for example, a mistake in a product’s price, catalog number, or description, etc., SO.SO.SO. reserves the right, at its discretion, to contact the User/Customer in order to receive instructions from him or to cancel the order.
- Prices on the website include Israeli VAT but do not include shipment costs, which vary from location to location, and which shall be added to the payment. In case the transaction is cancelled prior to shipment of the product, payment shall be returned in full to the original means of payment.
- The website accepts use of the following credit cards: MasterCard, Isracard, Visa, and American Express. Diners Club credit cards are not accepted. All credit card information will be encrypted. Upon receipt of authorization from the credit card company, the order shall be executed. Lack of authorization from the credit card company will prevent delivery of the merchandise.
- The pictures of the jewels on the website were taken by SO.SO.SO. in the most accurate manner possible, in an attempt to present images that are close to reality with regard to shape, dimensions, and color. Minor changes may occur in the jewelry’s appearance and dimensions because the jewels are made by hand.
- SO.SO. is not responsible for the images’ visibility at the User’s end. No request for refund or cancellation of transactions due to a claim of error regarding colors, dimensions, etc. shall be accepted.
- Orders will be shipped to the User/Consumer by certified mail within 14 business days of receipt of the order and authorization of payment by the credit card company. Fridays and Saturdays are not defined as business days. In times of overload, shipments may take longer. In case the shipment is not received within 14 business days, contact studio@sososo.today.
- SO.SO. is not and shall not be responsible, under any circumstances, for non-execution or delay in the delivery of an order or in the fulfillment of the provisions of these Terms and Conditions, caused by different events or disruptions that are not under its control (“force majeure”), including difficulties in releasing the package in the country to which the order is sent. Notwithstanding the above, SO.SO.SO. shall proceed, insofar as possible, to send the delayed orders and to fulfill the provisions of these Terms and Conditions, immediately after the end of the force majeure.
- SO.SO. sends the orders following meticulous inspection and appropriate packaging; therefore, it is not responsible for the loss of an order in the mail or by damage to the product in the mail.
- Products can be returned within 7 days of the date of receipt at the User’s/Customer’s, in the case of shipment of an incorrect item, or damage to the item prior to shipment, or due to poor quality. The item shall be returned within two business days of receipt, and a proof of shipment shall be produced. The refund is limited to the price of purchase of the product plus shipment fees, and shall be executed through the means of payment. SO.SO.SO. is not and shall not be responsible for indirect damages such as loss of income, loss of profit, non-fulfillment of contracts, etc.
- All the copyrights, registered trademarks, and other intellectual property rights on the materials or contents provides as part of the website belong to SO.SO.SO. and no other entity has any right to make use of them or of the name SO.SO.SO. for any purpose whatsoever.
- Use of the website and purchase of products through the website are subject exclusively to Israeli law.
